Privacy Policy

Maintaining your privacy is a concern that we value and take seriously.

We collect your name and contact information when you create an account. We also collect information relating to the actions that you perform while logged into your account including sensitive billing information. We use this information to provide account related functionalities to our users. Accounts can be used to help manage your donations. If you provide us with feedback or contact us for support, we will collect your name, e-mail address, account information (as applicable), and any other content you send us, to reply. We use this information to receive, and act upon, your feedback or issues.

We use technology to monitor how you interact with our website. This may include which links you click on, or information that you type into our online forms. This may also include information about your device or browser. We use this information to understand how you interact with our website to improve it, and to understand your preferences and interests to select offerings that you might find most useful. We also use this information to detect and prevent fraud.

We keep personal Information, including sensitive personal Information, as long as reasonably necessary to advance the MissingNoMore mission, comply with legal obligations or protect our or other’s interests.

All response forms requesting confidential information (such as credit card numbers) on MissingNoMore’s website utilize the Internet security protocol known as “Transport Layer Security” or “TLS.” We use this technology in combination with encryption and tokenization to make using your credit card as safe as possible on the Internet.

The TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology depends on secure Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) certified by a certifying authority. Secure URLs always begin with “https://” rather than “http://” and if you are using one from a browser that recognizes TLS, you will also receive a preceding message and/or see a symbol, such as a lock, that signifies that you are on a secure page. Any information you enter on such a page is encrypted in your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, then de-encrypted at our servers.

If your browser does not support TLS technology, you will receive an error message when trying to access our TLS page.

Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Because MissingNoMore is a nonprofit organization, all purchases of branded goods are considered charitable donations. The prices of the goods reflect this consideration. However, we want you to be happy with your purchased items and do offer refunds in certain situations.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (timeframes are determined by your bank).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Help@MissingNoMore.org.

Donations

Because provided donations are utilized as quickly as possible for the purposes outlined for the organization, donations are not refundable. If assistance or clarification is needed, please do not hesitate to reach out at Help@MissingNoMore.org.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Help@MissingNoMore.org and we will provide you with an address to which you can send your items for exchange.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, after getting in contact with us through email you will be provided with an address to which you can mail your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
