It has been reported that Kegan was last seen at approximately 5:54 p.m. on February 3 near Meridian and Warner when she left her residence. She was last seen wearing a black floral sweater, jeans, and a Hello Kitty backpack.
Kegan is a White female with dyed red hair and blue eyes, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs about 230 pounds.
