Izel is 15-years-old and was reported missing on October 2, 2025.

She was reported missing by her foster mother after she failed to return home from spending the evening with a friend in the Senita neighborhood. Investigators believe she may be in Phoenix or Mesa. She does not have a cellphone or relatives in the area and is considered by law enforcement to be endangered.

Olivas is 5’5” and 135lbs, with dyed red hair, brown eyes and a nose piercing
